ARE TEENS RECEIVING THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO FACE THEIR GREATEST CHALLENGES?

High school is a challenging time.

Our teens are transitioning to adulthood, while independence, responsibilities, and expectations are increasing. They are faced with conflicting demands involving parents, teachers, friends and social media. Most teens in today’s world need resources to aid in this transition.

That's where The Bianca Foundation comes in; our youth coaches work hand in hand with teens to identify their needs, discuss their concerns, and move forward through guidance, patience, and understanding.

The Bianca Foundation offers classes online for parents and our teens. Please contact us for more info.

How can enrolling your teenager in Bianca Foundation's life skills and mental health classes benefit you as a parent?

While you’ll always want to be there for your children, in some situations the best thing you can do is accept that it simply can’t be done.

Some teens value privacy and feel too shy to share certain aspects of their lives with their parents. We understand how difficult this can be to accept. Suddenly, your little one isn’t so little anymore, and he/she is ready to explore the world, experimenting with everything that life has to offer. The truth is, you can’t control everything they may encounter, and there comes a time when you may have to stand back and let them learn on their own.

While this may seem scary, your role as a parent is to ensure ample measures are in place to provide the skills necessary for your child to navigate life with ease and grace.

Our coaches and counselors will help your child develop mature methods of coping with stress and anxiety, manage their emotions, and ask the right questions to determine the level of support they need. We also provide guidance for parents with our parenting classes on Zoom.
