LIFE SKILLS & MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS

High school is a pivotal time for teens as they transition into adulthood, facing increased independence and responsibilities amid conflicting demands from parents, teachers, and peers. Many teens require support to navigate these challenges.

Our life skills programs are designed to address the holistic development of each student. By partnering with LAUSD and aspiring to expand throughout California and the entire nation, we aim to make life skills classes a mandatory part of the curriculum. Our programs focus on:

  • Empowerment: Helping teens gain self-awareness and respect for themselves and others.

  • Support: Offering mentorship and counseling in a structured classroom environment.

  • Community Engagement: Providing students with lunch and opportunities for community service, aiding in college applications.

Our youth coaches work hand in hand with teens to identify their needs, develop mature methods of coping with stress and anxiety, and move forward through guidance, patience, and understanding. All counselors and coaches working with The Bianca Foundation are approved by the school district, ensuring quality and reliability. The foundation covers all associated costs, making our services accessible to every student in need.
